I have come to understand that my ministry is really not my own. After doing this ministry for awhile I finally realized that it is not about what I want to accomplish, but what God wants to accomplish in and through me. After seeing Him work in my weakness He has pressed upon me that the only thing I need to do is submit to Him and just be. Just be who I am in the Lord, embrace it, and profess His works. To be a transparent and authentic Christian in a world of illusion and masks. So that I may boast in Him and not in myself. He is using me to help inspire that same heart throughout the nations. To embrace what God has done and will do, and worship Him in authenticity and passion.
My concerts and worship events are meditations and reflections of my heart and passion for my Savior Jesus Christ. My songs and words are straight from my heart and the heart of God, in an honesty that is my desire to know Him more. Although I desire to create beautiful and great music, music, Lord willing, will never be the focal point of this ministry or my concerts. He is the reason for this ministry and He is the focal point. I feel the Lord has called me and anointed me in music ministry and I am pleased and honored to serve him as much as He allows. Biblically, music is mentioned many times as a major act of worship, but my goal is to worship and serve Him in all ways and to teach that concept to my brothers and sisters. That our instruments of praise and worship would be our hearts, and not just our voices or guitars. So that worship will not be confined to buildings and services and meetings, but will spill out into the streets for the world to bear witness and fall at the feet of Jesus.
I want to serve Him and to pass that desire to as many people as I can. The more you know and understand Him, the more you love Him, and the more you Love Him the more you want to please Him. He is good, He is faithful, He is gracious, and He died a physical death just to be with you. He is worthy of praise and all that we are!
